ALLFIX Services Xpress operates as a technology coordination and matching platform connecting end-users with registered independent vendors. ALLFIX is not an employer, general contractor, direct mechanic, or direct artisan. The physical service agreement is executed directly between the customer and the matched independent vendor.
While ALLFIX performs identity checks, review of government records, practical trade questionnaires, and phone verifications, ALLFIX cannot guarantee that every vendor's past performance is predictive of future work. Customers retain the right and duty to inspect the vendor's identification upon arrival and assess proposed quotes before authorizing technical work.
Any preliminary pricing discussed on the platform is purely indicative. Final binding quotes are determined on-site following physical diagnostic assessment. Warranties on spare parts (e.g. compressors, alternators, piping) are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies and the specific vendor's written warranty guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, ALLFIX Services Xpress, its directors, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from vendor delays, mechanical faults, pre-existing structural decay, or property disputes. Customers agree to utilize the ALLFIX Dispute Desk for mediation.
