By applying to become a Vendor or clicking "I have read and agree to the ALLFIX Services Xpress Vendor Terms & Conditions", you legally consent to be bound by these Vendor Terms (Version v1.0). Compliance with all 15 clauses is mandatory for active listing.
01. Truthful Information & Genuine Business Details
The vendor warrants that all information submitted during onboarding and subsequently provided to ALLFIX or customers is true, authentic, current, and complete.
- Vendors must provide verifiable legal business names, genuine registered workshop addresses, and active Nigerian telephone numbers.
- Where operating as an enterprise or corporate contractor, valid Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration details must be submitted.
- Valid national identification (National Identification Number - NIN, International Passport, Voter's Card, or Driver's License) must be furnished upon request.
02. Non-Automatic Approval Policy
Submission of a vendor registration application does not constitute automatic approval or accreditation. ALLFIX conducts thorough background checks, trade credential audits, and geographic demand evaluations. Acceptance into the active network is at the sole discretion of the ALLFIX Onboarding Board.
03. Platform Rights to Verify, Reject, Suspend, or Remove
ALLFIX expressly reserves the unrestricted right to:
- Conduct spot inspections of vendor workshops, tools, and past project sites.
- Reject any application without requirement to disclose internal scoring metrics.
- Suspend or remove any vendor at any time due to poor performance, customer complaints, or breach of platform ethics.
04. Authorized Representation of "Verified" Status
Only approved, vetted, and currently active vendors may present themselves as "ALLFIX Verified Vendors". Any vendor whose account is pending, probationary, suspended, or terminated is strictly forbidden from using ALLFIX branding, badges, or asserting platform affiliation.
05. Professional, Courteous, and Reliable Service Delivery
Vendors commit to upholding the highest degree of industry workmanship and customer decorum. Vendors must:
- Arrive promptly at agreed inspection and job execution times.
- Dress cleanly, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable for their trade.
- Maintain courteous, respectful, and sober communication with customers, their families, and staff.
- Perform technical work in accordance with Nigerian Industrial Standards (NIS) and international safety codes.
06. Honest Pricing, Availability, and Limitations
Vendors must communicate transparently regarding all aspects of job execution:
- Fair Pricing: Provide upfront, itemized quotes distinguishing labor from material costs before commencing work. Price gouging or sudden arbitrary price hikes on-site is prohibited.
- Availability: Honestly declare current scheduling availability; never take jobs you cannot attend to within agreed timeframes.
- Limitations: Clearly communicate technical limitations. If a job requires specialized equipment or diagnostic gear you do not possess, you must decline or notify ALLFIX immediately.
07. Non-Misrepresentation of Trade Qualifications
Vendors must not exaggerate, misrepresent, or falsify their technical qualifications, trade licenses, certifications, apprentice years, or project history. Falsifying capabilities (e.g. claiming certified solar inverter engineering without accredited training) is grounds for permanent ban and civil referral.
08. Strict Protection of Customer Data & Privacy
Customer phone numbers, addresses, property photos, and personal details shared via ALLFIX are confidential:
- Customer information must strictly be used for the sole purpose of coordinating the specific assigned task.
- Vendors must not sell, share, or disclose customer data to any unauthorized third party.
- Vendors must not send unsolicited marketing messages or harassment of any kind.
09. Platform Non-Bypass & Circumvention Prohibition
Vendors must not bypass ALLFIX by taking customers outside the platform without notifying ALLFIX. Soliciting clients to cancel ALLFIX requests to deal privately constitutes a severe breach of contract.
Any vendor found inducing customers to bypass ALLFIX will suffer immediate termination, forfeiture of pending matching privileges, and legal assessment for lost platform commissions.
10. Responsible Handling of Customer Property
Vendors must treat customer property, premises, automobiles, and equipment with extreme care. Vendors must protect adjacent tiles, walls, and furnishings during works, clean up technical debris upon completion, and promptly report any accidental damage to ALLFIX.
11. Independent Contractor Responsibility & Legal Compliance
Vendors operate as independent business contractors. The vendor is solely and exclusively responsible for:
- Their own work quality, technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Providing and maintaining their own tools, safety equipment, transport, and ladders.
- Obtaining necessary local trade permits, statutory licenses, and tax obligations.
- Complying with applicable Nigerian labor, safety, and environmental laws.
12. No Guarantee of Job Volume
ALLFIX makes reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch leads matching your trade and locality. However, ALLFIX does not guarantee any specific minimum volume or revenue of jobs. Lead allocation is determined dynamically based on customer demand, geographic proximity, and vendor performance ratings.
13. Immediate Suspension & Account Termination
ALLFIX reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate a vendor account without prior notice in the event of:
- Customer reports of theft, fraud, violence, harassment, or substance abuse.
- Repeated sub-standard quality work or refusal to correct documented errors.
- Unjustified billing inflation, bait-and-switch quotes, or unauthorized fee demands.
- Supplying false background information or counterfeit spare parts.
14. Mandatory Notice of Significant Business Changes
Vendors must notify ALLFIX in writing within seven (7) days of any significant business changes, including: change in workshop address, change of lead technician, loss of key certifications, criminal proceedings, or business insolvency.
15. Category-Specific Supplementary Rules
Specific categories may enforce mandatory secondary protocols (such as auto-electricians submitting scan printouts prior to clearing codes, or gas refrigeration technicians utilizing certified recovery pumps). These category terms are incorporated herein by reference.
