• Client Data: Name, phone number, email, property/vehicle address, description of maintenance needs.
• Vendor Data: Legal identity (NIN/Passport/Voter's Card), business registration (CAC), workshop address, trade qualifications, and service history.
• Compliance Audit Records: Explicit records of Terms & Conditions acceptance including version (v1.0), timestamp, IP address, and acceptance status.

03. How We Use Your Data

• Matching customers with verified artisans in close geographical proximity.
• Communicating dispatch updates, arrival times, and inspection confirmations via Phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Enforcing platform safety, dispute resolution, and contractual terms compliance.
• Maintaining legally verifiable audit trails of Terms acceptance.

04. Sharing with Matched Vendors

When you submit a service request, your contact number and location address are shared strictly with the assigned, vetted vendor to enable site inspection. Matched vendors are bound by contract (Vendor Terms v1.0) never to use your personal information for unauthorized purposes or commercial solicitation.

05. Data Security & Storage

We employ encryption protocols, strict access permissions, and continuous monitoring to protect stored customer and vendor information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

06. Your Data Rights

Under the NDPA, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request deletion of non-essential records, or lodge questions with our Data Protection Officer at privacy@allfixxpress.ng.
